Casey draws on life attachment and developmental theories, family systems and external systemic issues to support people to make sense of and empower them to manage the issues that they are experiencing. Casey is relationally focused meaning she creates the space in the therapy relationship for her clients to be explore their inner feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
Balancing warm and direct, Casey is compassionate and curious in understanding the person, the systems, culture and environment of her clients and their difficulties exist within.
